When a location is requesting tech support for GE products, please perform the following:
• Call the GE Service Team at 1-844-434-7822 (option #2).
• Please have the Model/Serial number available to provide Tech.
• Be able to describe the nature of the problem.
• Give the name and phone # of who to contact
The GE team could get someone scheduled to come & take a look further, if parts/labor are still under warranty. A one-time trip charge of $99.95 will have to be charged, if a tech is required to come out onsite to trouble-shoot issue.
As some of you may or may not know, Jon Baaske recently rejoined us as Director of Procurement. In this new role, Jon will be handling procurement and contracts. If you have any questions regarding vendors, FF&E ordering, or a specific contract, you can reach out to him. With this new addition to our team, we have decided to revamp the capital approval process to hopefully make it simpler and more efficient for all.
Capital approval calls will still take place every other Monday
All capital approval items are now going to be ordered/executed by Jon Baaske or your Regional Facilities Project Manager (Armando or Paul) depending on what capital item is needed.
RVPOS will no longer be submitting capital requests
