In the first 3 weeks of the Procurement Portal going live, your feedback has been great - We love it too! The Procurement Portal was built to provide inn management with vetted products that meet or exceed Red Roof brand standards, and with the lowest available pricing. This portal is a living document; and as you engage with it, it will evolve into your go-to site for buying all the products your hotel uses on a regular basis. Changes to product and pricing will be updated monthly to ensure you are accessing the most current and accurate information and pricing. If you notice a product that isn’t listed or have suggestions for improvements, please contact Jon Baaske jon.baaske@rriwest.com.

If your property experiences a power outage, you may need to reset your P&G Laundry Dispensersafter the power is restored.

  • Keep Your Trash Fees in Check – Never dispose of PTACs, Air Conditioners, or refrigerators in your dumpster.  This will result in added contaminated waste fees and you could result in fines.  Avoid overfilling your dumpster, because overage fees are being charged when the contents are above the dumpster walls, and these fees add up. Be sure that when disposing of boxes that they are collapsed and flat to save space. If your container is consistently running over, watch to see that there is no illegal dumping that’s causing this – post a professionally made sign stating, “No Trespassing – No Dumping” and ensure your gate and the lids are closed. Also, consider your pick-up schedule and size of container. You may need a larger container or need to increase pick-up frequency. Remember to use the WM Portal to change service, report issues, etc. The CHAT option on the WM Portal is awesome too.

  • Your next Procurement Town Hall is Thursday, 8/15 at 1:00 PM EST. Remember that these sessions occur on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
