Work Orders in RM Pro – When you receive an item or work is completed that is attached to a work order, you must complete the following steps-

  • Open the work order

  • Type in the “key notes” field “received or completed” along with the date – for example “Received 8/10/22”

  • Select the “Send email notice” check box

  • Select “Submit”

Capex Invoice Processing – If you receive an invoice for capital work or capital items, please forward to the appropriate person so that it can be coded as capital and prevent it hitting your P&L.

  • TVs, furniture, Microfridges, Mattress sets and encasements, renovation FF&E items, etc. – Jon Baaske
