Rising Together –
Leadership in Every Stay

Integrity | Accountability | Empathy | Passion

De-escalation is aimed at calmly communicating with an agitated guest in order to understand, manage and resolve their concerns. Ultimately, these actions should help reduce the guest’s agitation and potential for future aggression or violence. We have developed a 4-part series of trainings to aid you and your employees in the de-escalation of aggressive behavior in certain guest situations.

Please use the links below to register for the dates and times that work best for you. NOTE: You must register in order to receive the meeting link log in information.

These items can be found under your Featured Playlist in the New Hire folder.

You can also find them by searching with RR West Position Guides or RR West INN Focus. These should be printed and provided to your new employees to learn about the Brand and job expectations. Once your employees have completed their training, have them sign the acknowledgement at the end of the guides and keep it in their employee files.

You may notice that all our documents begin with RR West. The reason being that we share the same platform as our sister properties HomeTowne Studios, and we didn’t want anyone pulling the wrong information or template with the wrong logo.
