It cannot be said enough, on behalf of the HR Team, how grateful we are for your continued patience as we have worked over the past month through Paychex registration issues, system glitches, paycard hurdles and so much more. But this team continues to push forward and persevere! I want to especially call out and thank your core Paychex Implementation team that has worked tirelessly over the past two months to ensure this transition went as smoothly as we could. They are simply the best!

The next Town Hall meeting will be December 21 at 1:00 pm EST. These meetings take place via Teams on the 3rd Thursday of each month. This is the perfect opportunity hear about updates in the procurement world and participate in an open forum for attendees to discuss challenges, solutions, ideas, and any constructive topics related to procurement. These calls are optional; however, we believe you will see value in attending if you’re available.

Looking forward to seeing you on our second Town Hall December 21!

Please find attached crucial information regarding the management of your elevator(s), covering details about your maintenance agreement, elevator service, weekly property-level tasks, equipment maintenance, and record-keeping. We urge the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), Maintenance GSR, and Front Desk GSRs to thoroughly review this information and implement the outlined procedures.

It is of utmost importance that the elevator log book be consistently utilized each time a technician visits the property. This practice is instrumental in addressing any disputes related to the billed time and the nature of the provided service.

Additionally, I have included guidelines for keeping the sill clean. Regular visual inspections and cleaning are vital in minimizing service calls.
