As you know, we began testing the digital tip program in April at 12 locations and quickly knew that this program was going to be successful! We rolled digital tipping out to all inns in July!  Here are some metrics to show our success!
We’ve taken in almost $5000 in tips for our employees since April 14th
The average tip is just over $7.50
More than 15% of our employees have received a tip so far… and almost 25% of our housekeeping teams!
60% of RRI West locations have officially received tips through the HiFive digital tipping program!
