We urge the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), Maintenance GSR, and Front Desk GSRs to thoroughly review this information and implement the outlined procedures.

It is of utmost importance that the elevator log book be consistently utilized each time a technician visits the property. This practice is instrumental in addressing any disputes related to the billed time and the nature of the provided service.
