2021 Key Performance Indicators for RRI West

You’ve heard us speak about our KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators for 2021. To be sure these key areas of control and accountability are in place, we have attached two documents that you can print and post (one color and one B&W). Please be sure to keep these KPIs at the top of your operational strategies as we will focus our results in 2021 on these 5 key areas.

The Labor Report – this will help you monitor 2 of our KPIs; Housekeeping MPRs and Desk Hours Per Week/Day

Inn Ranking Report – this will help you monitor several areas of performance, including Supplies/Linen/Cleaning expense on a CPRR basis, and also your RevPAR % Change To Comp Set – these are 2 of our KPIs

OSAT and NPS Dashboard – this will help you monitor the various areas to improve our Q Score, 1 of our KPIs
