Digital Cashless Tipping

As we have been discussing on region calls over the last several months… our official test of digital, cashless tipping launched last week! In just over a week, the 12 locations that are testing this program have brought in over $300.00 in tips for their employees!

We continue to see good starting results at our test locations and will be making our first payouts to our employees next Friday, May 10th!  A huge shout out to our test locations for getting these products in the rooms and launching this exciting new program for RRI West: 

#3620 Rockford; #3627 Fairmont; #3628 Huntington; #3648 Boston Southborough; #3646 Naples; #3649 Boston Mansfield; #3656 Columbus OSU; #3659 Austin South; #3660 Seattle; #3721 Boston Logan; #3821 Boston Framingham; #3825 Columbus Downtown. 

The guests also have the ability to leave a comment and we are seeing some positive responses:

We are hoping with these initial, positive results, to roll this program out to all RRI West locations by the 3rd QTR.  More results to share and more info to come soon!
