Believe it or not, it’s been more than 15 years since we’ve changed our service award program, and the amounts employees can earn based on their years of service. We are thrilled to announce the following new service levels starting in January 2025. All levels through 20 years are paid as a gift card through our Incentive Services reward program; 25 years and up are paid as a supplemental bonus through payroll.

*Please note: if you reached a service level in previous years that is now being paid at a higher amount, there will not be any retro pay available.
