Training - Tip of the Week

When you reach out to Training with a question, it always makes us think that if this General Manager is asking, who else is wondering the same question. That is how the ball starts rolling and job aids are created.

When you want to know what your employees have been doing in WEST Edge, you can run a Status report, filter exactly what you want to see and download the information. This way you can and check and document that your employee watched the Human Trafficking video or completed reading the Position Guide booklet. As a best practices, we recommend printing off the employees certificate of completion and keep it in their employee file for documentation.

A job aid has been created and uploaded to WEST Edge that will walk you through the steps to filter and run the Status report.
