UKG Pro Time Management Timecard Signoff – Accelerated 4th of July Holiday

As we all are preparing for the upcoming 4th of July Holiday, we would like to remind everyone that due to the Monday Holiday, the UKG Pro Time Management deadline is changing to Sunday, July 3th at 10:00 AM EST.

Any missing punches or unapproved timecards will prevent the processing of the payroll. Consequently, after the Sunday deadline, any missing punches will be removed and the hours for that shift or portion of the shift will go unpaid. Also, any unapproved timecards after the Sunday deadline will be approved by the Payroll Team. All necessary adjustments that result from either scenario will require an Hours Worked Form to be submitted to rripayroll@rriwest.com and will be paid on the next payroll.
