You know those forms your employees will sometimes bring you that ask you questions like

• how long they’ve been working for you?

• how much do they make?

• what’s the likelihood of OT?

• what’s the likelihood of continued employment?

Those are what we in the biz like to call “Verification of Employment” forms or VOEs and the only thing you need to do with those is send them straight on to the RRI West Payroll department! YEP, that’s right! You’ve got other things to manage so scan the verification of employment form to rripayroll@rriwest.com and let Payroll do their thing*!

*Payroll will complete the forms, return them to the agency requesting the info and then upload the completed document to the employee’s record in UKG. If the employee ever needs a copy of it, they can log into UKG, go to Myself >> Documents >> Employee Documents.
