Order Inn has been a trusted room service partner to Red Roof Inns nationwide for over 20 years, including many of our own RRI West properties. Now, they’ve expanded their reach to cover every RRI West Property, ensuring that all our guests can enjoy this valuable amenity.

And there’s more—Order Inn has developed a modern, digital guest directory tailored specifically for each of our properties. This new platform combines essential hotel information with easy access to room service, creating a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Zero. This service is provided at no cost to your hotel. It’s a win-win—enhanced guest satisfaction with no additional expense.


What You Can Expect:

  • Fully covered room service availability at every location

  • Custom digital guest directory pre-loaded for your Inn

Rollout Timeline:

Within the next 7 days, each Inn will receive a call from the Order Inn implementation team to coordinate the arrival and setup of the new combined Room Service / Guest Directory displays for your rooms.
