• When ordering from an Avendra partner – if you find an item that is priced significantly lower elsewhere, be sure to let Jon B know. Include the item details like make/model, size, packaging, so that Avendra can research it.

• Looking for your account number for a certain supplier like Ferguson? Log into myAVendra.com and they are all there.

• Question or need help with HD Supply orders? Avendra has a dedicated line just for HD Supply! 833-AVENDRA

Capital Orders

• When your TVs, PTACs, Microfridges, Furniture items, etc. arrive, don’t forget to let Jordan and Jon know. Your invoice will then be coded and sent to AP for payment.
